Abstract

Araç dışı trafik kazası sonucu acil servise getirilen ve Glasgow koma skoru 7 olduğu için elektif olarak oro-trakeal entübe edilen 19 yaşında bayan hasta. Ventilatör tedavisi sonlandıktan sonra geçmeyen sağ üst ekstremite ataksisi sonucu önce Beyin-Boyun Bilgisayarlı tomografi-anjio ve arkasından çekilen beyin-anjio ile internal karotis arter disseksiyonu tanısı konup tedavisi başlanan ve şifa ile taburcu edilen hastayı sunmayı amaçladık.
