Abstract
Meningiomas occur in a wide range of histologic patterns, with 14 variants recognized in the revised World Health Organization (WHO) histologic classification system. The secretory type is one of rare variants of meningiomas. Although it differs from other variants of meningiomas with its characteristic radiological and clinical features, it has still similar prognosis. We reported the case of a 49-year-old woman presented with characteristic clinical, radiologic and histolojic features of secretory meningioma.
