Abstract
A five-year-old girl with a large posterior fossa dermoid cyst underwent emergency surgery for elevated intracranial pressure symptoms. The other congenital abnormalities such as Klippel-Feil syndrome and pathological symptoms together with the uneventful clinical course and the tendency for abscess development and histopathological diagnosis are emphasized.
