Abstract
Diagnosis of tuberculous spondylitis is difficult without biopsy confirmation. Radiological imaging techniques only may not help. In this case we present a case of tuberculous spondylitis mimicking vertebral tumor on computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging scans.
