Abstract
Metastatic brain tumors are the most commonly seen brain tumors and generally originate from lung. Metastases usually present as oval or circular multiple lesions with well defined borders and they are generally located around grey and white matter junction. Intracranial haemorrhages resembling masses with well defined borders is not a commonly seen finding. We presented a 60- year- old male who was operated for lesions initially resembling cerebral masses which were later found to be intracerabral haematomas during the operation.
