Abstract

Head trauma from penetrating objects is rarely seen. Those traumas can be caused by bullet fragments with gunshot and stabbing and cutting objects.. Cranial foreign body injuries usually şnvolve orbital, frontal sinus and nasal regions. Herein we presented a case of penetrating head trauma with frontal bone in which a nail falling from a height was directly stuck.
