Tuberculosis is an important public health problem in developing countries. Although tuberculosis is commonly found in lungs, it could be found in lymph nodes, mouth, tonsils, tongue, larynx and pharynx. Since there is no specific finding of pulmonary tuberculosis, detailed investigations are required in patients admitted with the symptoms of a neck mass. A 31- year -old female patient admitted to our clinic with complaint of swelling in the neck. Computed Tomography (CT) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of the neck demonsrated soft tissue mass in the neck. Patient was operated. Histopathologic examination revealed caseation necrosis and microabcess.
