Super Giant Aneurysms

Giant aneurysms are greater than 2,5 cm in diameter. Giant aneurysms account for about 5% of all intracranial aneurysms. Subrachnoid hemorrhage or intracranial mass are the most common clinical presentation of giant aneurysms. Supergiant aneurysms are greater than 5 cm in diameter. Two cases, admitted to our clinic with subarachnoid presentation. As a result of radiologic investigation, supergiant MCA aneurysm and A1-M1 aneurysm, which were 6 cm in diameter, were diagnozed operated and discharged without neurologic. Surgical treatment was successful in bth cases.
