Abstract

We present a rare case of giant aneurysm of the proximal posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA). A 22- year old man referred with a diagnosis of ventricular hemorrhage was hospitalized. Digital substraction angiography (DSA) revealed a 4 cm- aneurysm of the left proximal posterior inferior cerebellar artery. Because of possible re-bleeding of the giant aneurysm, neurological health state of the patient worsened suddenly, and the patient died.
