Preventive public health services have demonstrated their importance in previous pandemics. Head and neck injuries are an insidious emergency trauma pandemic in the world. Preventive training programs, which are few in number even in developed countries, should be expanded. Neurosurgeons should be strongly replaced as part of comprehensive preventive healthcare.
